The Catalan city council, after the implementation of Robotic Process Automation (using RPA Fortra Automate and the Software Greenhouse’s services),enables us to manage a large volume of repetitive administrative tasks, improving resource usage and the staff’s valuable time..

One of the first processes to be automated was the closure of a large number of legacy files. RPA technology has allowed them to integrate this closing process between their data and the Gestiona d’Espublico application.

The next automations will be business processes of Ajuntament de Cunit, through the implementation of an internal participatory process.

With this project, Ajuntament de Cunit aims to improve operational efficiency, thereby increasing the level of service to citizens, while allowing its employees to focus on higher-value and more rewarding activities.

The implementation of RPA Automate has been agile and straightforward, with the support of Software Greenhouse. With a single bot, multiple processes are automated, providing a fast return on investment and a smooth adoption.

Ajuntament de Cunit was encouraged to embrace this change in mindset thanks to shared experiences from other city councils that had already implemented RPA Automate. Today, this technology is part of their strategic toolkit, allowing them to rely on automation whenever they consider it appropriate.
